Sharon offers over 25 years of experience working in public and private sectors to influence large-scale and innovative change. Sharon’s passionate about improving outcomes for people across their lifecourse; which includes advising leadership how to change the behaviours of sectors, systems, and services to deliver better results. Sharon specialises in indigenous wellbeing and how to achieve the same through strategy, system, organisational and service performance. This includes sharing skills and knowledge about what is and how to implement mana taurite | equity; te Tiriti o Waitangi; system and service change; and better outcomes for tāngata whenua (Māori – the indigenous people of New Zealand) and tāngata tiriti (all New Zealanders).
