Francesca is a strategic and community-minded management consultant who brings sharp analysis and a deep commitment to equity. With a background in law, public policy research, and community leadership, she specialises in supporting organisations to navigate complexity, engage meaningfully with communities, and design solutions that are culturally grounded and impact-driven. At Shea Pita & Manawaroa, Francesca contributes to projects that promote Māori health and whānau wellbeing across sectors. She draws on mātauranga Māori and other knowledge streams to inform research and analysis, supports the design of strategies, evaluations, and organisational development plans, and helps facilitate hui, wānanga, and workshops with clients and stakeholders.
